About Us

LA is Rick Lundin, an award-winning architect with over 30 years experience. Twenty-four of which have been owning and directing his own professional practice. His clients’ stories have been featured in publications such as Home Magazine, Midwest Home, Trends, and Architecture Minnesota.
Professionally Rick has been recognized by the Minneapolis St. Paul business journal as one of their 40 under 40 and by AIA Minnesota as a Young Architect award winner
LA is built upon recognizing the breadth and depth of our client’s knowledge, understanding their ideas, and discovering their unique opportunities.
Throughout, we work with construction professionals, to compare the value of the vision with the realities of cost. In this way, we consistently get the most for our client’s budget while realizing their vision.
We are 30 years of experience helping families and businesses like yours transform their environments into tools for productivity, inspiration and culture. An innovative practice model that can scale to the project through a network of experienced creative professionals, committed to helping achieve the maximum return on your building budget
LA every project is a story: a story about how we live, work, what we value and who we are. At LA we have a passion helping clients weave their story into the fabric of their space. We are committed to creating environments that reflect our clients’ passions, workstyles and lifestyles; whether it is a single room, or a completely new structure.
Every good story starts with listening. We would like to know your dreams needs and even the limitations. What inspires you? What does not work for you? Remember there are no wrong answers only opportunities for solutions.
If you, or someone you know, are considering adding a new chapter to your story we would be honored to be a part of its composition.
